Wonderful to have guests from Lithuania!
Today we had a guest from Lithuania - an architect Aurimas Širvys. He told us about why he chose architecture and spoke about his most interesting projects. He took a part in the project "Gone and disappearing heritage: the architecture of wooden synagogues". Last year he renewed the exhibit in the Kražiai College and recreated how the college used to look like with the help of technology. One of the biggest goals of the young architect is to rebuild the city hall of Merkinė city. It was wonderful to hear from a person with huge passion for his career and many interesting goals.
Today, like all other Saturdays, we were learning a lot. Peledžiukai talked about plants and planted some grass. Darželinuikai discussed the seasons. The older students learned grammar, read, danced and sang.
