The first distance learning class „The secret of the poem“

With a group of great, intelligent students we discussed the meaning of time according to K. Donelaitis and his poem „Metai“. We read sections of the poem, talked about human and sun cycles, the parallels between human and nature, human weaknesses, hopes and joys. Before the next class, the students will write down 2-3 sentences about whether K. Donelaitis poem „Metai“ is interesting and relevant to people today and why.
