November is dedicated to the Lithuanian language
The 4th and 5th graders read S.Paltanavičius's "Language". They learned that Lithuanian was used during the King Mindaugas times, the first book in Lithuanian was Martynas Mažvydas "Katekizmas", printed in 1547 - we should be very proud of our language. In E-pratybos we looked at words and counted how many letters and sounds they had and why we need letters like ę, į, ą, ų. 2nd graders were learning about two vowel groupings, Pelėdžiukai were learning the letter D. We also used our tablets.
